| MunicipalProject: Pittsford Fire House Info:  This project consisted of a new 7,200 SF two-story addition to the existing Pittsford Fire Station #2. Included were two large service bays for fire trucks, two smaller bays for equipment, tool rooms and a fireman’s training room. A portion of the new roof area was covered with concrete paver tiles for a fireman’s training area with surrounding metal handrails. The exterior was faced with brick, architectural precast lintels and aluminum windows. HVAC work consisted of radiant heat and space heaters with air conditioning throughout the 1st floor, along with a new controls system. Plumbing work consisted of new plumbing fixtures, floor drains in the new truck bays, natural gas piping and a new fire protection system. Electrical work consisted of new surface mounted fluorescent lighting and decorative recessed can lighting, new fire alarm system and new security system. Sitework consisted of relocation of existing utilities, minor landscaping as well as grading and adjustments to the existing asphalt parking lot.
