Christa is performing General Construction services for the Webster Green II apartment complex in Webster, NY on the former Golf Tee site.

The complex will consist of five (5) six-family and ten (10) four-family buildings and a maintenance building. The 2 story wood framed structures will include fire protection throughout, vinyl windows and vinyl patio doors, asphalt shingles, vinyl siding and vinyl railings. Floor finishes include carpet, tile and sheet vinyl flooring.  Each apartment will also have their own attached garage.

The site is just under 8 acres with a total square footage of 115,395 SF.

This project is currently on time for completion in August, 2012.
