Christa Construction performed as Construction Manager at Risk, under the direction of UC Brockport Housing, LLC as Developer, for this student housing facility that was completed in time for Fall 2009 occupancy. 

This new three-story, 114-unit, 156,000 SF wood framed apartment complex was designed and built to house approximately 400 students.  This privately-owned and managed development is located off-campus on a 12-acre site adjacent to SUNY Brockport.  The furnished units include all utilities, plus cable television and high-speed Internet access.  Common spaces include lounges, study areas, exercise rooms, cafes, and game rooms.

Christa has completed a total of four "College Suites" branded projects to date.  Other sites include Finger Lakes College Suites, Village Suites at NCCC, and College Suites at Cortland.
