As General Contractor, Christa completed the construction of the Single Residency Occupancy (SRO) facility for DePaul Properties, Inc., located on Seneca St. in Buffalo, NY.  The facility serves individuals with psychiatric needs whom require a minimally assisted living environment.

This new 53,000 SF, 3-story facility is comprised of 75 efficiency apartments and houses amenities such as mini theater room, commercial kitchen, cafeteria, recreation room, laundry facilities, and offices.  Another key feature is the interactive courtyard pictured below.

Over the past decade and a half, Christa and DePaul have developed a strong relationship of trust.  Together, DePaul and Christa have completed 14 projects in the Western New York area.
