We have been performing Construction Management services for Perry CSD since the late 1990's.  The first project generally consisted of a new 160,000 SF Elementary/ Middle School.  Within this school is a 293-seat auditorium that incorporates full performing arts capabilities for use by the members of the school and community at large.

The second project consisted of extensive additions and renovations to the High School.

We are in the midst of the third project currently, which is a $6.8M project consisting of facilities upgrades and site improvements (see field photo).
