| K-12 EducationProject: Allegany-Limestone CSD Phases I, II & III Completed Info:  Phase I (completed in 9/1999) of Allegany-Limestone’s Capital Expansion Program was a $25.5 million project that consisted of renovations at two elementary schools and construction of a new 143,000 s.f. middle/high school on a new site.
Phase II involved a $16.5 million project that included additional renovations and additions to the district’s buildings, some of which date back to the 1920's
Phase III was a $11.4 million project that included major sitework, a new bus/maintenance facility and additions to the Allegany Elementary School with 14 new classrooms, computer labs, and a library. In addition, existing parking lots were replaced and site drainage completed.
We are currently providing CM services for the $5.4 million Alleghany-Limestone CSD EXCEL project, consisting of the renovation of sitework to 3 schools: Limestone Elem., Allegany Elem., and the Middle/High School.
