Christa Construction's first project for the District was a $1 million pool restoration in which Christa provided Clerk of the Works services. The second project for the District involved additions and alterations to their primary and middle/high schools. Construction Management services was provided for this $14.9 million project that included a new library, new gymnasium, new all-weather track and renovations to the high school kitchen.

As the result of positive working relationships established during the first two projects, Christa was selected to manage a third project for the District. This project consisted of renovations to the primary, middle/high schools and specifically included roofing, window and lighting system replacements, an emergency power system, reconstruction of the computer and art classrooms and upgrades to the auditorium with new sound, lighting and air conditioning.
