Project:
Breckenridge Place
50-Unit Affordable Apartments
Info:

Breckenridge Place is a brand-new, 50-unit apartment building that will be built in the heart of Ithaca’s downtown.  It features one- and two-bedroom apartments that will be rented at very affordable rents.  Located at the site of Women’s Community Building at the corner of Seneca and Cayuga Streets, it will be the first major affordable housing project in Ithaca’s downtown in over 40 years. The six-story, brick-clad building will be LEED-certified, making it energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable.  The building also features office space, meeting rooms and garden areas.

Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services and PathStone Corporation, not-for-profit housing developers, have received commitments for all of the funding needed to build their $14.5 million Breckenridge Place apartment project.

Christa will serve as General Contractor on this project, designed by HOLT Architects. Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services will provide property management for the completed building.
