Christa Construction has provided Construction Management services to Addison CSD since the mid-90's.  Our first project for the District, along with The Sear Brown Group, was a $8.9 million, 37,000 SF additions and renovations project.  Buildings renovated included the high school, two elementary schools, and the bus garage. The project was executed in five phases over a two year period and utilized 14 prime contractors.

Christa, along with Cannon Design, is currently providing preconstruction services on the $28.4 million project, following completion of the District's Five-Year Capital Assets Facilities Plan.  This project will consist of renovations and additions to the Middle/High School.  Bidding is planned for spring 2008 with a construction duration of summer 2008-2010.
