News DePaul breaks ground on $35M campus Article written and posted on Rochester Business Journal on-line by Nate Dougherty Thursday, October 01, 2009 ![]() DePaul Community Services Inc. broke ground Thursday morning on a $35 million mixed-use housing campus on West Main Street in Rochester. The project is to contain Halstead Square, a 75-bed community residence-single room occupancy program and the Main Street Community Residence, a 14-unit apartment building, both for adults with a mental health diagnosis. It also will contain the Brown Street Apartments, a 24-unit apartment building providing affordable housing to those with and without disabilities, officials said. The project architect is SWBR Architects and Engineers P.C., and the general contractor for the project is Christa Construction LLC. |
