Rochester, NY—Christa Construction, LLC of Victor, NY, would like to welcome back Margo Phelan as Administrative Assistant. Margo re-joined the Christa team in December, 2010 after a short hiatus from the company.  Phelan will be working on the Monroe County Water Authority Tunnel Projects.
