Congratulations to Jim Finnell, Project Manager, for winning the Christa Construction Chili Cook-Off today. Jim's Buffalo chili was chosen out of 6 by his co-workers in a blind taste-testing. Jim acquired said buffalo on a hunting trip to South-East Colorado on January 11, 2011.
