Commercial Offices & Mixed Use Barrel Factory Lofts – 100 Units

The construction of a new 4-story, mixed-use 100 unit apartment building will be adjacent to the current Barrel Factory Loft Renovation project in Kingston, NY.

The new building, which is 78,400 square feet in size, will contain 100 residential rental units along with 2,978 square feet of commercial space along Cornell Street. The apartment complex will consist of 54 studio apartments, 28 one-bedroom apartments and 18 two-bedroom apartments.

Other amenities will include a co-work area, fitness room and tenant storage as well as the development of commercial/flex and studio art spaces.

The Anticipated duration of 21 months starting in Fall of 2024.
