Edna Craven Estates is a 7-building, 164 unit affordable / workforce apartment complex housing the residents of Rochester, NY. This 4% HFA project aligns with Christa Construction’s sustainability efforts through the Energy Star Multifamily New Construction Energy Project. The development features 7 buildings with 1,2,3 and 4-bedroom units, a 5-story building with 94 units, a 4-story building with 20 units and five townhomes with 10 units each. Apartment complex amenities include a community room, lounge, laundry rooms, fitness center, computer room and storage areas.
