Commercial Offices & Mixed Use Clinton Square Building

The 9^th floor of the Enrstrome and Dreste office was transformed into high class office space. The interior was transformed by starting with a total demolition of the existing office space and modified to the specifications requested by the law firm. New partitions, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ceilings, soffits, paint, and millwork were installed. Also, new flooring, standing, and running trim, doors, frames, hardware, glass and glazing were included in the renovation.
