Affordable & Supportive Housing DePaul Pan American Apartments – 150 Units

The previously vacant site, once the railbed for the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroads, is the site for DePaul’s Pan-American Square Apartments, a 174K square foot, 150-unit apartment complex.  The development will consist of 3 four-story buildings, all connected by one-story walkways.  Each building will contain 50 apartments, a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units.
