Affordable & Supportive Housing Holland Circle Apartments – 48 Units

Holland Circle Apartments is a three-story, 48 unit, affordable and supportive complex in Amsterdam, NY. There are 21 available units including 15 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom apartments. On-site services are available for the other 27 units, with housing specialists that teach skills and assist tenants in linking to community services. There are 6 units with ADA accessibility and 3 units with hearing and vision accessibility (HVA) in the building.

The community is 59,000 SF in total and will feature 5 apartment buildings on 3.6 acres of land.  The one-, two- and three-bedroom units will be spread throughout four buildings.  The fifth building will bring the community together with the administrative offices, common areas, laundry facilities, a library, computer room and fitness spaces.
