Project Description

Holland Circle Apartments is a 59,000 square-foot affordable and supportive housing community in Amsterdam, NY. The three-story community features 48 total units, with 21 available units available to the general public which are a mix of 15 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom apartments. The remaining 27 units include on-site support services for residents, with housing specialists assisting tenants in developing life skills and accessing community resources. The apartment complex also includes six ADA-accessible units and three with hearing and vision accessibility. The apartment units are spread across four buildings. Amenities include administrative offices, common areas, laundry facilities, a library, computer room, and fitness facilities in the fifth building.
