Christa Construction proudly celebrated the grand opening of DePaul’s True North Apartments, a development bringing affordable housing and community-based care to Rochester.
The project includes three buildings: two residential buildings offering 70 affordable apartments and a clinic facility. Of the 70 apartments, 35 include supportive services for residents who have experienced homelessness.
The clinic expands access to mental health and substance use counseling, recovery groups, medication-assisted treatment, and case management. Multipurpose rooms throughout the residential buildings provide welcoming spaces for residents to connect and build community.
