Affordable & Supportive Housing 270 on East Apartments (Inner Loop) – 112 Units

270 on East will be an affordable / workforce apartment complex housing individuals and families in the Greater Rochester area. The 5-story, 112-unit apartment building is located on East Ave and Union Street, formerly a part of the City’s Inner Loop redevelopment. Twenty units will be reserved for homeless veterans with supportive services coordinated by Eagle Star Housing in Farmington, NY.  Thirty-five units are reserved for elderly residents with supportive services coordinated by Episcopal Senior Life Community.
