Affordable & Supportive Housing Catherine Street Apartments – 50 Units

Located on Syracuse’s Northside, the four-story building is comprised of 50 apartment units; 40 of which are one-bedroom and the remaining 10 are two-bedroom. Apartment complex amenities include laundry facilities, common areas with kitchenettes, a lobby seating area, and landscaped outdoor areas. The new building has arch-shaped architectural features to mimic the arched doorways of the previous buildings that were demolished. The previous site is known to have been the building where “The Great Gatsby” author F. Scott Fitzgerald briefly lived as a young boy.
