Affordable & Supportive Housing CDS Monarch Azalea Village- 146 Units

The CDS Azalea Village is located on CDS Monarch campus in Webster, NY. Phase I offers 50-units of affordable housing for seniors, those in need of supportive services, and veterans. The apartment complex includes 46 one-bedroom units. Five units are fully accessible for persons with physical disabilities; two units are fully adapted for persons with visual or hearing disabilities; and all other units are adaptable. Each of the units have a fully equipped kitchen, a patio or balcony, and free resident and visitor parking.

Phase II features two buildings that house 96 units total, 16 of which are set aside for the frail elderly. Apartment complex amenities include a computer lab and an outdoor garden space. Both Phases encompass three buildings total.

One of the benefits of living in a CDS Housing Community are the on-site and coordinated activities. Residents are encouraged to participate in shopping trips, scheduled events, and use the complimentary community room, computer lab, and fitness room that is on-site.
