Affordable & Supportive Housing CDS Hooper Road Apartments

The Hooper Road Apartments are an 80-unit affordable and supportive senior housing development located in Endicott, NY. This 4-story, 76,000 square foot complex introduced 78 one-bedroom, and 2 two-bedroom apartments designed to allow residents to age in place with comfort, accessibility, and long-term stability.

Of the 80 total units, 40 are dedicated as supportive units with on-site services for the frail or elderly individuals (62+), ensuring all residents have the resources necessary to thrive. The Hooper Road Apartments offer a wide range of amenities including but not limited to a welcoming lobby with communal seating, a community room with a full kitchen, a fitness room, laundry facilities for residents, and a free access computer lounge. These communal amenities aim to encourage community and connection among Hooper Road’s residents.

This project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED-Gold certification, reflecting Christa Construction’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. The Hooper Road Apartments feature all electric heating and cooling systems, along with Energy Star Appliances, LED lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and four electric vehicle charging stations.
