Affordable & Supportive Housing Center City Courtyard – 164 Units

The Center City Courtyard project consists of the demolition of the existing parking lot to construct a 5-story, 164-unit apartment complex. This building will have 161 affordable housing apartments in studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units.

The multifamily, affordable and supportive apartments will be situated in Downtown Rochester on W. Main Street. The first floor features commercial space,  community rooms, supportive offices, lounge spaces, a parking garage and a rooftop garden.
