Affordable & Supportive Housing DePaul Granary Apartments – 80 Units

The DePaul Granary Apartments will deliver 80 units of supportive and affordable housing to Sanborn, creating a service‑rich community for individuals and families who have experienced homelessness. The all‑electric, three‑story building will offer a mix of unit types along with on‑site staffing, transportation assistance, laundry facilities, internet access, and shared indoor and outdoor amenities.

Designed to strengthen housing stability in Niagara County, the project will include dedicated units for residents living with mental illness and for individuals transitioning from Community Missions’ shelters. With construction expected to begin soon, the Granary Apartments will provide a safe, modern, and supportive environment that helps residents rebuild their lives.
