Affordable & Supportive Housing DePaul Mosaic Apartments – 60 Units

This project features the new construction of two wood framed, slab on grade residential apartment buildings totaling 63,665SF. The affordable and supporting housing project will create 60 apartments, 30 of which will provide onsite support services for seniors and people with disabilities. This is a 9% HCR funded project with metal, fiber cement, high pressure laminate & brick exterior finishes and 2 dual-port EV charging stations. This all-electric, energy-efficient development will also have common spaces such as a Rooftop Lounge, Community, Offices, Conference, Laundry, Storage, & MEP Rooms.
