Totaling 90,0000 square feet, this multi-faceted sports stadium includes a 30,0000 square foot underground club/locker room area, a 10,0000 square foot office area and a festival and picnic area. The stadium constructed of pre-cast under structural steel frame, has a seating capacity of 10,300 with an additional 30,000 square feet of private suites.

Unique features of the stadium include an in-house television production facility, luxury suites on the top level, and raised bullpens.

The 16 month project was successfully completed in only 11 months, within budget despite government/budgetary delays and the most severe winter in over 40 years.

There was extensive value engineering, pro-active cost containment, and a comprehensive partnering program that ensured cooperation and coordination between all participants in the project.
