Senior Housing Midvale Commons – 76 Units

Midvale Commons is an affordable housing on a 10.6 acre site. This new construction development consists of 2 stories with 76 affordable units for seniors totaling 76,188 sq ft. The development is an all electric, carbon neutral, and net-zero compliant via on-site and off-site solar arrays. This project was a Building of Excellence winner and will achieve a PHIUS Certification.
