Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team. The intern will support project managers and site supervisors in various aspects of construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support the project team in coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Participate in project meetings and take notes for distribution.
Analyze project data and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Help with cost estimation and budgeting tasks.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of construction methods and terminology is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
