December 4, 2025 Christa Construction Leaders Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award and Historic Community Recognitions

Three Christa leaders—Mike Seaman, Dave Mattucci, and Gail Morelle—were awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester, marking one of the most significant recognitions in our company’s history. The ceremony also included proclamations from Monroe County, an Award of Service from the U.S. House of Representatives, and a formal Letter of Service from Governor Kathy Hochul, all celebrating Christa’s decades of leadership, service, and community impact.

September 23, 2025 Ribbon Cutting Marks Completion of Center City Courtyard

What was once an underused parking lot is now home to one of the city’s largest supportive housing communities. On September 17, 2025, CSD Housing and HELP Development Corp. marked the official opening of Center City Courtyard, a 164-unit, five-story complex designed to provide safe, stable housing and onsite services for those most in need.
