We are currently seeking bids for:
DePaul Watertown – Pine Camp Apartments
Christa Construction, the pre-selected general contractor, is currently soliciting bids from all subcontractors and vendors, including qualified and certified M/WBE, SDVOB, and Section 3 subcontractors and vendors, for the construction and associated site work of DePaul Watertown – Pine Camp Apartments.
Bids are due February 18, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Please submit all RFIs and quotes to our Senior Project Manager, Fran Barres at [email protected]
Note that this is a HUD Section 3 Project with contracting priorities for businesses that are hired or owned by low-income persons.
