December 4, 2025 Christa Construction Leaders Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award and Historic Community Recognitions
Christa Construction is proud to share a truly historic milestone in our company’s 40+ year legacy. On Saturday, November 22nd, three of our own Mike Seaman, Dave Mattucci, and Gail Morelle, were honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester. This prestigious recognition celebrates their decades of leadership, service, mentorship, and tireless commitment to improving the lives of young people and families throughout our community.
This moment marks one of the most significant recognitions in Christa Construction’s history, and the evening carried several additional honors that underscore the extraordinary impact and integrity of our leadership team.

Historic Recognitions from Local, State, and Federal Leaders
The ceremony included several proclamations and acknowledgments from government officials across multiple levels, each recognizing Christa Construction’s longstanding service and contributions to New York State:
- Mayor Malik Evans and County Executive Adam Bello proclaimed November 22nd as Christa Construction Leadership and Service Day in Monroe County, honoring our 40+ years of commitment to the Rochester Community.
- Congressman Joe Morelle Sr. presented an official Award of Service from the U.S. House of Representatives, recognizing the positive and lasting impact Mike, Dave, and Gail have made in our region, as well as the continued efforts of Christa in shaping communities throughout the state.
