Christa celebrated the groundbreaking of CDS State Street Lofts. The State Street Lofts is a renovation of a 2-story, 46-unit (71 beds), 55,137 SF masonry, and steel-framed, slab on grade apartment complex on a 2.37-acre site. Portions of the building that were used as a warehouse will be demolished to create a courtyard.
