Affordable & Supportive Housing 200 Court St Apartments

The 3-story existing Sheltered Workshop building is being converted to apartment units and a 3-story wood framed addition built off the back of the existing building. Once completed there will be a total of 111 affordable apartment units. Project is pursuing historic tax credits.
