Commercial Offices & Mixed Use Hamilton Village (Colgate) -41 Units

This project consists of the demolition of 3 existing buildings in the Village of Hamilton. After the demolition, construction of a new 4-story, 78,000 SF, 41-unit mixed-used building will begin. The first story will be a steel framed garage podium, with future retail and restaurant buildout spaces. Floors 2, 3 & 4 will be wood framed containing the 41 apartments and some amenity spaces & common areas.
