Recently completed, APEX apartments is a state-of-the-art student housing facility built with features to increase the quality of student life. At 725,000 sq. ft. and 1,250 beds, APEX is currently the largest privately-owned student housing facility in NYS. The complex includes amenities such as a fitness center, study rooms, computer labs, high-speed internet connections, outdoor courtyards/recreation areas, a pool and spa, and more.
APEX Apartments encompasses the rising trends of sustainability and off-campus housing. This was at the time the largest private student housing complex in Upstate NY.
