Winding Creek apartment is a suburban luxury market rate community serving residents of the Rochester submarket of Webster. 270 units delivered over three phases includes a 4,600-sf clubhouse with fitness center, walking and biking trails, a dog park and attached garages. Located immediately adjacent to NYS Rt. 104 that has traffic counts over 40,000pd and is less than 1 mile from Webster Towne Center which is anchored by retail tenants Wegmans, Target, Dicks Sporting Goods and Home Goods. Started in 2019, the final phase of the 18-building construction project is scheduled for delivery in May 2022. These 10 unit buildings consist of 3 one-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units.
