Affordable & Supportive Housing Barrington House – Catholic Family Center
Catholic Family Center
Plan Architectural Studio
This renovated residence will be owned by Catholic Family Center and renovated with nearly $5 Million of support from the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). With this renovation, the Catholic Family Center will offer state of the art residential recovery support, including in-residence clinical and group treatment with a trauma-informed design. Barrington House will be the first community residence in Monroe County accommodating women in recovery and their children; the capacity will expand from serving 11 women to serving 23 women plus accommodations for 5 children.
The Barrington House will expand the Catholic Family Center’s services to provide impactful support for the people they serve. And we are proud to contribute to the overall health of our community as we support women and their families on their recovery path.
