Affordable & Supportive Housing DePaul Veddersburg Apartments – 62 Units

The Veddersburg Apartments are in the city of Amsterdam, NY. 

Completed in February 2023, DePaul Veddersburg Apartments have a total of 63 units centrally located in a residential area near grocery, schools, places of worship, medical care, banks, libraries, and government agencies.  On-site services are available for 31 units, with housing specialist to teach skills and assist tenants in connecting to community services.  There are 15 units with ADA accessibility and 3 units with hearing and vision accessibility (HVA) in the building. Additionally, there are 31 units including 28 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom apartments open to the community.
