Affordable & Supportive Housing CDS Hooper Road Apartments

Hooper Road Apartments will be a new 80-unit affordable and supportive senior housing community in the Town of Union, Broome County, NY.  The four-story development will include 78 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Of the total units, 40 units will offer on-site supportive services. The building will feature common access amenities such as a spacious lobby seating area, a community room with a kitchen, fitness room, laundry, and a free access computer area.

This project is designed to achieve LEED-Gold certification. The development will utilize all-electric heating/cooling and domestic hot water, Energy Star appliances, LED lighting, low flow plumbing fixtures, continuously operating bath fans, and features four electric vehicle charging stations.
