CDS Olympic Avenue Apartments at the former School #78, is an adaptive reuse project located in Buffalo, NY. The school, a single three-story, 76,975 square foot structure will be renovated into 46 affordable housing units. The apartment complex will be comprised of 44 one- and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Complex amenities include a fitness center, gym, community center and auditorium.
