Affordable & Supportive Housing CDS Van Buren Apartments – 70 Units

The CDS Van Buren apartments will introduce 70 newly constructed units, across 3 buildings, to the town of Baldwinsville, NY.  Christa will construct a 50-unit 55,000 sq. ft. building, as well as two 10-unit 13,000 sq. ft. townhomes. CDS and Passero designed this project to accommodate those with physical and mental disabilities. With larger doorframes, ramps, and other accessibility design elements to be implemented throughout the complex to accommodate the needs of residents. The construction phase of this project began in January of 2026 and is scheduled for completion in mid 2027.
