Affordable & Supportive Housing Center City Courtyard – 164 Units

The Center City Courtyard project reimagined an underutilized parking lot in downtown Rochester, turning it into a 164 unit Affordable and Supportive Housing complex for the community. The new structure stands 5 stories tall and consists of 174 thousand square feet of living and community space. Of the 164 units, 95 are reserved for households experiencing or who are at risk of homelessness.  

Serving as the centerpiece of the complex, the Courtyard is clad in vibrant siding featuring false peaks, creating an inviting and safe environment for residents and visitors. Underground parking is available for residents of Center City Courtyard. Amenities include a fitness center, community rooms, on site supportive services, a rooftop lounge, and incredible room finishes.
