Affordable & Supportive Housing DePaul True North Apartments – 70 Units

DePaul True North Development features 3 buildings, two affordable housing buildings and one clinic building. The development will create 70 affordable housing units, including 35 units with supportive services for older adults, individuals and families who experienced homelessness. The wellness clinic on the third site will be operated by Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA). and will be open to the community to provide mental health and substance abuse counseling and recovery groups, medication assisted treatment and case management. Amenities for this project will also include an on-site property manager and staff offices, community rooms, computer labs, lounges, and in-unit storage for residents.

True North is set to open in the summer of 2026.
