Market Rate Housing Edgewater Townhomes and Apartments -196 units

Edgewater Apartments & Townhomes is a new construction of market-rate apartments sand townhomes built on 57.53 acres.  The project site and buildings are designed to engage with the site’s complex topography.  There will be four 4-story apartment buildings, each with 58 units and twelve 10-unit townhomes, four 10-bay garage buildings and a club house for the residents to enjoy.
