Senior Housing Episcopal Seabury Woods Renovations

The renovations at Episcopal Seabury Woods involved modernizing the property and enhancing approximately 3,300 square feet of community space at the existing senior living facility in Rochester, NY. The laundry room was relocated to a more user-friendly area, and the community
kitchen was upgraded to provide a state-of-the-art space for residents to enjoy.
The memory care space was expanded, and a new Mothers Room with a bathroom was added. The overall improvements included updated MEP
(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, enhanced fire security, and new finishes and fixtures throughout the facility.
