Senior Housing Episcopal Seabury Woods Renovations

At Episcopal Seabury Woods, approximately 3,300 square feet of community space was renovated to improve functionality and resident experience at the senior living facility in Rochester, NY. Renovations included a relocated laundry room to a more user-friendly area, upgrades to the community kitchen to provide state-of-the-art space, expanded memory care space, and a new Mothers’ Room. Overall improvements also included a MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) system upgrades, enhanced fire safety, and modernized interior finishes and fixtures throughout the facility.
