The Erie Ridge Townhomes, a thoughtfully designed, market-rate residential community is coming soon to the town of Henrietta, NY. This new development will deliver modern, low-maintenance town home living tailored to active adults 55 and older, all while reinforcing the importance of quality construction, resident accessibility and long-term durability.

This multi-phase project will include the construction of 73 townhomes and a community clubhouse for all residents. When complete, the Erie Ridge Townhomes will span more than 100,000 square feet, across various home designs. Floorplans will include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, including ranch-style and two-story townhomes, many with attached garages.
