Affordable & Supportive Housing First Genesis Apartments – 105 Units

The First Genesis Apartment complex is a 101,000 square foot development consisting of a four story 97-unit building and two 4-unit town homes. This project will take underutilized land and transform it into a residential oasis with a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments across the three buildings. Residents of the First Genesis Apartments will have access to community rooms, a fitness center, and laundry rooms on each floor. Construction for the First Genesis Apartments is expected to begin March of 2026.
