Commercial Offices & Mixed Use North Meadow Street Apartments – 70 Units

The North Meadow Street Apartments project will consist of the construction of a mixed-use 5-story wood-framed building. Lower levels of this complex will house offices and communal areas for residents. The upper four stories will be reserved for residential units, of the 70 units available in this complex 30 will be reserved for individuals in need of supportive services.

Planned amenities include community spaces, bicycle parking, offices, a 2nd floor playground terrace, fitness center, rooftop terrace, dog park, and lounges.
