Once complete, The Meadow on Seneca will be a new 70-unit supportive and affordable housing community located at 116 N Meadow Street in Ithaca’s West End. Christa Construction will serve as the general contractor for this four-story, Type V wood-frame building constructed over a concrete podium.

The development, owned by Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc., will provide a mix of affordable units, with half reserved for individuals with serious mental illness and households experiencing chronic homelessness. All units will be affordable to residents earning below 80% AMI, with supportive units receiving rental assistance through ESSHI (Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative).

When complete, the building will offer first‑floor office and amenity space, a fitness room, community room, on‑site laundry, and a rooftop terrace. The project will expand supportive housing options in Ithaca and contribute to the continued revitalization of the West End.
