This project includes the demolition of 9 buildings, the construction of 3 new apartment buildings totaling 63,434 square feet, and the renovation of a preexisting amenity space. Located just north of Rochester’s iconic High Falls District, this complex is perfect for young professionals or families looking for a safe and exciting environment to call home. The Los Flamboyanes project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by December of 2026.
