Located on the Northwest side of Watertown, NY, the DePaul Pine Camp Apartments will provide 120 much-needed affordable and supportive housing units. The Pine Camp Apartments will include the construction of a new 4-story, 115k square feet, wood-farmed apartment complex. Christa Construction is providing professional construction services for this project and expects to complete this project in January of 2027.
Pine Camp will not only provide housing but will also offer onsite supportive services operated by DePaul Community Services and Eagle Star Housing Inc. Amenities of the Pine Camp Apartments include, complementary laundry facilities, a community room, and relaxing green spaces.
